New Vehicle Search Category: "Last Run Vehicles"
- The "Last Run Vehicles" search filter, available on the Advanced Search Page, gives dealers quick access to vehicles that are in their last auction run. Take advantage of this final opportunity to purchase these vehicles online - BEFORE they go to a physical auction.

- OPENLANE is committed to excellent customer service and is now offering another fast and easy way to reach us. Get responses quickly and in real time through our Live Support Online (LSO) feature. Now you can chat online live with an OPENLANE Dealer Services Representative and get a quicker response versus calling by phone or sending an email. Live representatives are available Monday-Friday from 9AM EST-5PM EST.

The OPENLANE Market Index represents pricing and dealer vehicle interest trends across all vehicle segments in our online marketplace. May 2010 highlights for the U.S. include:
- Used vehicle pricing continued to strengthen in April, with auction prices finishing at a month-average level of 2 percentage points above March
- Car and Truck prices drop slightly while Minivans and SUVs had significant upward pricing
- Dealer interest in Minivans and SUVs continue their YTD decline, while Car interest continues an upswing; Truck interest falls from February/March levels

Jamie Hanford, President of Ladd-Hanford Auto Group in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, has over 15 years of experience running a medium size new car dealership with both domestic and import franchises. With the downturn in the new car market, like many other dealerships, Jamie began to focus more on the used car business. He started using OPENLANE 6 months ago and now gets about half of his inventory online - taking advantage of the variety of inventory available to him including off-lease, dealer-consigned and rental vehicles. With their business growing substantially, efficiently acquiring inventory online is serving to be a smart move.

Q: How do I reach Customer Service?
A: There are three ways that you can contact Customer Service:
1. Use our new instant chat feature. Simply click on the "Live Support Online" link on the top portion of the Home and Buy pages.
2. Send Customer Service a case. To access the Customer Service Portal, open your "My Transactions" tab and click on "Open a new ticket".
3. Call Customer Service at 866-969-0321. Customer Service is available Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST and Saturday from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST.
